Customer Service Manager

Easy Tiger, one of Austin’s most beloved brands, is hiring a Customer Service Manager to lead the Customer Service and Driving Team for our Wholesale Bakery.

Reporting to the Bakery Operations Director, the Customer Service Manager is the primary point of contact for Easy Tiger Bakery customers, offering first class customer service in keeping with the premium baked goods we deliver every day.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for our brand, experience as a super star customer service representative as well as commercial driving experience, attention to detail, keen organization and communication skills and a drive to serve and help others with a positive, can-do spirit.

Responsibilities include:

  • Management: Oversees the onboarding, scheduling, and continual development of all Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Driver team. The CSM is responsible for communicating relevant information from upper management to the Wholesale Department, as well as conveying all relevant information to and from Customers.
  • Customer Service: Supervises and handles all incoming customer requests & inquiries. Ensures company standards of product quality are met and maintains customer satisfaction from ordering to delivery. Make hot shot deliveries as needed. Ride along with drivers 2x a month to touch base with customers and ensure satisfaction.
  • Sales: Supports Sales efforts by way of fulfilling customer requests, suggesting new items, and sending samples.
  • Distribution: Set systems for delivery routing. Works with Lead Driver & CSR’s to choose Delivery routes for customer orders, ensures timely and accurate delivery.
  • Bakery Software: Learns and becomes an expert on our bakery software systems. Responsible for teaching and conveying all software related information to new CSR’s as well as a commitment to the advance training and learning of Wholesale & Delivery team.
  • Communication: Use all available channels to communicate information. You cannot over-communicate. Commitment to continued evolution of SOP’s and systems. Attend all mandatory meetings. Work as the liaison between sales, production and accounting department to ensure we are giving our customers the best service that is in line with bakery operations and accounting needs.
  • Food Safety: Assists the team with compliance measures for health safety, food safety and quality assurance.

You are proactive, create accountability and are able to delegate and communicate in a way that accomplishes goals. You are a solution-finder who bends over backwards and goes the extra mile to make things right and help people and has high professional standards.
