All external appointments to the Trust will be required to attend a full Trust Corporate Induction which will be held at Carew House, Beacon Technology Park, Dunmere Road, Bodmin, PL31 2QN.

The induction programme is for all new staff and the length is dependent on the role you will be undertaking. It is an essential part of new staff training requirements and therefore attendance is mandatory.

Successful candidates will be invited to an Assessment Day on Friday 17th July 2020 at Carew House in Bodmin. Please note this will be either a morning or afternoon session to be confirmed.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic, highly motivated and fully committed Health Care Assistants to join our friendly team.

Under the supervision of a registered nurse you will contribute to the optimum delivery of patient care by assisting all clinical staff to deliver care in a manner sensitive to the individual client’s needs and wishes, acknowledging and respecting their rights and beliefs at all times. You must possess excellent communication skills, be a team player and have a genuine interest in the care of elderly patients.

Shifts are long days from 7:30am - 8:30pm and will include weekends and Bank Holidays.
