Position: Office Manager
Reports To: Broker
Summary: The office manager is the first & last impression of the office. Coastal Keller Williams Realty, Alaska Group is looking for a charismatic individual who excels at multi-tasking, is efficient & motivated to be a part of a team. The office manager is responsible for handling all incoming phone & walk in traffic, payments, showing requests, advertising, supply orders and maintaining open communication throughout the office.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Open & Close the Office.
Maintaining a clean workplace both upstairs & down.
Professional Phone Etiquette- Answer all incoming calls & direct to the appropriate agent. Check Messages, Emails, Mail.
Schedule showing requests, appointments, notifying tenants.
Make sure calendar is up to date with appointments & all appointment are confirmed.
Make sure all keys are accounted for.
Assist All Walk ins & Collect Rental Payments for Tenants who come in & give receipt.
Design Information Sheets
Make Listing Folders- Collect All supporting documents. File Closed, Taken Off Market, New Listing Folders
Upload Listing Documents/Pictures to Main Server
Post on Facebook/ Instagram
Order Office Supplies, Business cards, signs, Toner, etc.
Restock Office with supplies, magazines, etc.
Enter in rent payments into Quickbooks
Maintain Open Communication Through Out the Office
Maintain an Organized Space
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ketchikan, AK 99901: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
