Linux configuration articles | Manjaro 20.0.3 solves the problem of "terminal font spacing is too wide"

(1) Open "Terminal" with the right mouse button on the desktop, and find "Terminal font spacing is too wide";

(2) First connect to the network, enter the following command in the terminal to test the domestic mirror source, after the test, the domestic mirror list will pop up ;

$ sudo pacman-mirrors -i -c China -m rank

(3) After the window pops up, check the manjaro mirror source of Tsinghua University and University of Science and Technology of China, and click "OK";

(4) Configure archlinuxcn source;

$ sudo nano /etc/pacman.conf

Add the following content at the end of the file (just copy and paste):

[archlinuxcn]SigLevel = Optional TrustedOnlyServer = https://mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/archlinuxcn/$arch

Save and exit the nano editor: first press ctrl + x on the keyboard, then press the y key, and then press the enter key!

(5) Update the list of local sources;

$ sudo pacman-mirrors -g

(6) Update the local pacman database and fully update the system, and import the GPG key at the same time, otherwise the key verification failure will cause the software to be unable to install;

$ sudo pacman -Syyu$ sudo pacman -S archlinuxcn-keyring

(7) Install Wenquanyi font;

$ sudo pacman -S wqy-bitmapfont$ sudo pacman -S wqy-microhei$ sudo pacman -S wqy-microhei-lite$ sudo pacman -S wqy-zenhei

(8) Reopen the terminal.
